Fantastic Agent – Professional, Efficient and Proactive. Once I knew of my transfer to Hanoi, I actively sent emails to eight estate agents. I was very specific in my requests and didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. Two replied, one tried to waste my time and then there was Duc. Outstanding from the start. All of my requests for the apartment were met. Then, he showed me videos of the apartment in real time, from which I made the informed decision to accept, even though I was still not in the country. I arrived to meet Duc and the Landlord and within the same afternoon as arriving in Hanoi I was already in my apartment. As it was a new apartment, there were a couple of small issues that have needed fixing but Duc has been so efficient in contacting the Landlord and I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for any issue to be resolved. Thanks to Mr Duc for negotiating with the landlord. I was able to sign the housing contract and move in two days after that.
