A 2 bedroom apartment in Somerset Westpoint can be listed at 2800 USD++ or Lottel 7 Residence Tay Ho at 3200 USD++. Their qualities are deserving of their prices, indeed. Their residents can be treated to a 5-star experience with state-of-the-art furniture and surroundings, spacious and high-class gym and outdoor pool, a complimentary daily buffet breakfast (optional), shuttle bus, daily cleaning services, laundry, … Up to now, this model is still favored by many white-collar professionals and high-ranking officers when coming to Hanoi for long-term residence.
Moreover, unserviced apartments (high rise condos) are often favored by those who prefer high-floor accommodations, independent living, a cost-effective option, and good utilities, including a gym, pool, and nearby minimart. Many prefer to stay on a higher floor than 10, so choosing high-rise condos seems to be a better option. Almost all high-rise condo projects can have 25th to 36th floors.
