The outstanding points of this model are its luxury full-option utilities and services and high-quality infrastructure. Thus, their offer prices are really high. A 2 bedroom apartment in Somerset Westpoint can be listed at 2800 USD++ or Lottel 7 Residence Tay Ho at 3200 USD++. Their qualities are deserving of their prices, indeed. Their residents can be treated to a 5-star experience with state-of-the-art furniture and surroundings, spacious and high-class gym and outdoor pool, a complimentary daily buffet breakfast (optional), shuttle bus, daily cleaning services, laundry, … Up to now, this model is still favored by many white-collar professionals and high-ranking officers when coming to Hanoi for long-term residence.
Moreover, unserviced apartments (high rise condos) are often favored by those who prefer high-floor accommodations, independent living, a cost-effective option, and good utilities, including a gym, pool, and nearby minimart. Many prefer to stay on a higher floor than 10, so choosing high-rise condos seems to be a better option. Almost all high-rise condo projects can have 25th to 36th floors. Some residents choose them because they can go back home anytime without disturbing the security’s sleep, as at serviced apartments. And without services, their offer prices are also cheaper, with better size. A 3-bedroom apartment in Cau Giay at 110 sq m can be rented for 690 dollars per month, which cannot be found at serviced apartments’s.
