If you have a medium budget of 1,000 USD or more, you should choose villas sized at 210 sq m rather than a terrace house. This is due to the fact that villas have a better layout, a lower floor (3 or 5) and are better surrounded by a bigger garden. Certainly, the management fee for the villa will be higher than that for terrace houses, but it's indeed worthwhile to do so. You should choose the location of your selected villas away from the main road to avoid dust and noise.
