Review of Dong Da district area

Dong Da district, in the heart of Hanoi's capital, is bordered to the north by Ba Dinh district, to the northeast by Hoan Kiem district, to the east by Hai Ba Trung district, to the south by Thanh Xuan district, and to the west by Cau Giay district.
