1 bedroom layout that works well with Japanese customers at Truong Han Sieu apartment building, having a working period in Vietnam alone. this particular unit is at the low, back end of the building for even less ambient street noise hence half of the balcony view is a neighbor's wall. A slide door to open up the space and to close for a cozy bedroom at night. The kitchen, apparently as a compensation for being a low back-end unit, there is a good oven. A bathroom that fits Japanese specification of chilling in the bathtub and using the toilet's washlet.
The building is well cared, well serviced by the guards and the room service staffs who do laundry and cleaning with a common laundry room. A fitness room with sound of the wind breezing through bamboo trees.
