Architects extend Ba Ria-Vung Tau house over street to add space

A renovated house in Ba Ria-Vung Tau uses blocks jutting in and out to create more indoor space and added greenery.

On a 112-meter-square plot in southern Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, a family wanted to renovate their house to create maximum space and usable area, as well as make the most of the green space. Architects decided to use lightweight structures with iron frames, glass and cementboards to change the internal space and save costs in terms of both materials and construction labor.

On a 112 square meter plot in the southern province of Ba Ria - Vung Tau, architects responded to a family’s desire to create a lot more usable space while renovating their house by adding lightweight structures with iron frames, glass and cement-board plates. This not only transformed and considerably expanded its internal space but also saved costs in terms of both materials and construction labor.

The work was renovated into 9 rooms for rent (studio room), arranged as follows:  1stfloor: garage, reception and 1 studio.  2ndand 3rd floor : Each floor has 03 studios with private toilet, wide open space.  Garret floor: renovated into 02 vip apartments with a larger area and dry-cleaning area.
