Under the capacity of 960 passengers with total 13 trains in Ha Dong – Cat Linh, this will help the traffic situation in Hanoi to be much better. People will never need to be worried to miss the train since the amount of time for the next train is only 6 minutes. On the first trial day, not only people who have daily commuting needs participated in, the elderly also came to try. They are excited to try something new and can even see the upper view of the city when the train is running. For them, this is also a better replacement to travel around when the line is safer and have a lot of support for the elderly, including easy ticket purchase and spacious stairs. Now the citizens can easily update and search about the train line’s schedule available on an app called Train Map. When users enter their destination and departure location, the app displays a variety of travel alternatives for them to consider. If a rail line is available, TrainMap will recommend it, along with an estimated time and cost. This app also provides other options, such as walking distance, suggested walk to bus, or calling a ride-hailing service.
